Bayside is a partial care program assisting youth, ages 11-17 years old, with emotional and behavioral needs through psycho-education, counseling, and support 5 days per week. Bayside's goal is to prevent unnecessary hospitalization or effectively transition youth from hospitalization to successful home and community living. Bayside operates Monday-Friday, September through June from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and July and August from 10:45 am to 4:15 pm.

Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision of consumers, facilitate social, recreational wellness and ADL skills groups. Provide supportive counseling, case management, treatment meetings and behavior management. Complete medical records adhering to agency, DCBHS, Office of Licensing, Medicaid and procedures. Coordinate and assist clients with transportation. Provide crisis intervention as necessary. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university. Minimum of one year experience working with children, adolescents (preferably SED adolescents) and their families. Valid NJ Driver's License with less than six (6) points.
