3Ci is looking for a B2B Integration Specialist to join our client in a full-time, direct hire role.  The B2B Integration Specialist role is pivotal within their high-growth B2B channel. As part of their dynamic team, you will drive the installation and support of B2B solutions, focusing primarily on Sage Intacct within the ERP landscape. Your contributions will be instrumental in the success of their rapidly expanding B2B vertical.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the installation of new payment processing accounts within their B2B sector, utilizing Our Client's proprietary payment plug-ins or Partner software solutions.Collaborate closely with the B2B Sales Team to ensure seamless account installations and documentation.Act as a subject matter expert on ERP software, particularly Sage Intacct, providing technical support and guidance throughout the integration process.Manage and execute established process workflows for successful installations and specialized B2B support.Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve installation obstacles and ensure client satisfaction.Develop training materials and product documentation for internal and external use.Essential Duties:Take ownership and initiative in managing the installation process.Schedule and oversee payment integration software installations into customer ERP systems.Serve as a key resource for internal teams on ERP software and payment integration functionality.Provide customer-facing technical support and demonstrations of payments functionality.Collaborate with sales teams to conduct demos for potential customers.Create comprehensive training and product documentation.Required Skills/Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in a business-related environment; familiarity with ERP software installations preferred.Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of two years' experience in a business-related environment.Previous experience with ERP software installations is advantageous.
