Description
The Beauty Educator's primary responsibility is to develop long lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates.
The Beauty Educator provides exceptional product knowledge during in-store visits.
The Beauty Educator supports multiple brands and store locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Build lasting relationships.

* Achieve your sales goals.
* Educate the retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge, and your favorite tips and tricks.
* Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.
* Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
* Uphold merchandising brand guidelines.
Job Knowledge, Skills, Requirements
* 2 years experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer
* Excellent retail selling and education background
* Strong communication skills
* Proven team player
* Professional conduct in-store
* Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
* Passion for people
* Passion for education
* Passion for the retail community
* Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
* Must have a cell phone
* Must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs
