responsibilities:
The Expertise You Have
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, or statistics.
+ 6+ years of Systems Development Data Analysis experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with demonstrable ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams.
+ strong expertise as a data practitioner collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, architects, and quality assurance engineers.
+ Solid understanding of the Fidelity business with work experience in health care and/or benefits administration and/or product development
+ Shown expertise in various technical analysis methodologies and techniques, including use case development, story writing, data analysis, data visualization, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
+ Fluent in PL/SQL with demonstrated ability to write complex queries and wrangle on multiple database platforms.
+ Experience with ETL data pipelines using Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and Oracle databases.
+ strong cloud Enterprise data lake (EDL) experience. Snowflake preferred.
+ Expert in creating and modifying analytic dashboards using visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau to provide actionable insights.
+ Experience working with healthcare or financial data is a plus.
