Community Manager for Apartment Community- $60k base + bonus About Us:

You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for one of our properties located in Houston, TX

Daily property walk-throughsMaintain property aesthetics (exterior and interior)Supervise and co-ordinate all marketing activitiesOverlook leasing activity – follow up on leads and approve application outstandingActively manage customer satisfaction and improve retention rate - encourage property staff to follow up on renewalsReview collections on a daily basis and make decisions where requiredMonitor all property work orders and supervise execution with lead maintenance personnelManage the make ready schedule and supervise the progressAudit rent roll to monitor rent, lease expirations, MTM tenants, evictionsResolve tenant complaintsInspect all vacant, rehab and make ready unitsEnsure update of all daily activities on the system at the end of each dayUpdate all permits (city, sign, etc.)Perform weekly inventory of maintenance shopSubmit all necessary HR paperwork to corporate (new hire, payroll, terminations, etc.) Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferredBilingual3 years of on-site property management experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience in supervisory role and managing staffExperience in writing and maintaining budgetsProficient in Resman property management software or other similar property management software.General office, bookkeeping and sales skillsComputer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite Apply:
