Job Title: BIM Administrator II

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90045

Work Model: Hybrid (On-site T, W, & Th)

Pay Rate: $45-60/hr

Essential Job Duties: Opening and evaluating 3D models in either Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC. Administration of Autodesk BIM360 Design environment. Administration of ACC project environment. Field verification of model objects in the form of attribute data. General file organization and administration. Maintaining digital library of BIM models on ACC or another platform. Implementing new BIM tools, selecting innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks or introducing new plug-ins for existing programs. Ensuring BIM models remain up to date throughout the course of a project. Verifying that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete. Participating in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process. Reviewing and commenting on BIM submittals. Additional Details: May assume other duties as required/needed. May be required to work beyond regular shift hours as needed. May be required to work various shifts as needed. This position offers a hybrid/telework schedule. Telework - Monday and Friday. Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. One year of experience working with BIM related processes and workflows. Education/Training: Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360 Design, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint and Microsoft Office products. Familiar with PM/CM functions in construction projects. Pluses: CM-BIM (Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
