TITLE: BINDERY SUPERVISOR 2ndShift

To strengthen our team in Greensboro, we are looking for a Bindery Supervisor 2ndShift.
Your Role
You will ensure personnel are working safely, efficiently, and are producing good quality product at all times through frequent observation throughout each shift.
You will demonstrate through adequate personal knowledge, ensure that all employees are following department SOPs and have a good understanding of what they are.
You will assist Plant Manager in maximizing production on OT through self-availability and adequate coverage.
You will understand and consistently ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed without fail.
You will keep track of all attendance and vacation requests on a daily basis to ensure that employee's time is accurate and that payroll is met each week without error.
You will continuously drive productivity and quality improvements that create a world class manufacturing operation.
Your Profile
You display excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
You must be able to read and comprehend work instructions.
You have familiarity with pharmaceutical printing or packaging industry.
You must be proactive and a self-starter.
You have the ability to train and guide others in a productive manner.
You have gained experience supervising a shift of 30+ employees.
