Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform structural or replacement repairs to all assigned vehiclesRestore assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specificationsMake "repair or replace" decisions concerning safety, costs, and cycle timeCommunicate and work closely with Body Shop Manager and Estimators on vehicle repair statusOngoing requirement to complete any mandatory certifications and training provided by the dealership and stay up to date with new technologyMust follow all dealership and industry standard safety policies and proceduresDo you have what it takes? We are looking for a team player with a high level of motivation and two or more years of experience as a Body Shop TechnicianThe ideal candidate must be coachable, have strong communication skills, and be able to work well with others as well as independentlyMust be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving recordMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent is requiredSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Why Choose Sterling?
