All Foam Tech is a dynamic and growing company that distributes spray foam supplies. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Manage and maintain financial records, including transactions in QuickBooks and NetSuite (experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required). Utilize Excel for various financial tasks, including data analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Please make sure that the data entry is accurate for all financial transactions. Process payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations. Communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively to team members and management. Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed. Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in bank reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High skillset in QuickBooks; experience with NetSuite is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills. Strong data entry skills. Experience with payroll accounting. Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Additional certifications in bookkeeping or accounting. What We Offer:
