gpac has a client in beautiful Upstate NY urgently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their bottling facility. The ideal candidate would have experience with high-speed bottling equipment(they use Allen Bradley's, SMI case packers and fillers) and be a fluent Spanish speaker.Requirements:Proficiency in SpanishHigh-Speed bottling experienceResponsibilities:Lead, coordinate, and oversee routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment. (The main machines they use are Alan Bradley's , SMI case packers , and fillers.)Identify and assess equipment problems, determine root causes, execute necessary repairs, and complete associated documentation.Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate their activities.Establish and maintain procedures for routine preventive maintenance.Identify critical spare parts required and manage inventories to minimize equipment downtime and enhance production efficiency.Ensure compliance with company GMP and safety policies, procedures, and practices.Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes and standards to maintain an accident-free operation.Maintain peak efficiency levels for all property components.Communicate effectively with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, peers, and subordinates, escalating any issues regarding specifications, quality, or safety.Review and document completed work by employees.Apply knowledge of OSHA principles for safety in a manufacturing environment.Ensure functionality of all safety equipment and promote proper safety practices among employees.Comp: 150-170K & full benefits, plus 10/15K relocation assistance if neededThis company is willing to pay the right person very competitively, and is ready to interview today!
