Apply today to join our team and become a part of our mission! The BPO Relationship Director, reporting to the Vice President of Global Human Resources, is responsible for managing the full cycle relationship between Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law PLLC and its external BPO partner.
This role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, talent acquisition, talent management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
The BPO Relationship Director partners effectively with all areas of the firm and the external BPO partner to ensure that all business and operational needs are aligned while maintaining high standards of team member culture, satisfaction, and performance.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies for BPO operations to align with Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law's goals and objectives.Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.Ensure the external BPO partner is maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Mentor the external BPO partner's team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement are met as expected.Develop and manage budgets set by the finance department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.Ensure all BPO operations comply with legal, regulatory, and firm policies.Identify and mitigate risks associated with BPO operations.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in business operations or related role(s), with a significant portion in BPO management.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in financial planning and analysis; deep understanding of business processes and best practices.Ability to lead and inspire teams.Strong analytical skills to assess performance and implement improvements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders and clients.Ability to adapt to changing business environments and needs.WHO WE ARE: Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Texas.
