Position Overview:Join our dynamic team at Finning! We are looking for a dedicated Branch Administrator to support our branch operations and contribute to our success.
As a Branch Administrator, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. Your responsibilities will include a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that are essential to our daily operations.
Job Description:Working closely with the Supervisors to provide Finning Technicians and supporting staff with:Access to required training for all the Oil Sands Operating Sites.Scheduled Drug and Alcohol appointments.Requests for miscellaneous items.Direction and support as the team resolves various day-to-day administrative challenges.Maintain training files.Manage technician gear acquisition, transfers, locker access list, and keys.Assist with time entry and ensure accurate record-keeping.Manage reception duties, providing a welcoming environment for visitors.Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the branch is well-equipped.Support supervisors with technician delivery requirements.Maintain and continually update existing site access procedures.Conduct miscellaneous computer updates and troubleshoot issues.Handle the replacement of cell phones and computers as needed.Provide general administrative support to the Manager.Qualifications:Related experience in an office environment.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in handling computer-related issues.Note:This position is based out of our Mildred Lake Facility.Permanent, full-time role.Flexible option plan benefits with varying levels of coverage from day one.Matching pension contributions to help you save for the future.Matching share purchase program.Employee Share Purchase Plan and RRSP options.Paid vacation with an increasing allowance based on years of seniority.Training opportunities to learn about Caterpillar equipment.At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
