The Brand Manager is a valuable member of the Brand Management Team. They are a trusted client partner, highly organized and a strong representation of the agency at large. The Brand Manager adds value by examining client briefs and assignments, and striving to solve our clients' larger business problems, not just the immediate request. They have the ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently while keeping all parties organized and on-time. The Brand Manager should be brave, passionate about delivering results for our clients and enjoys building relationships with agency partners.
\n ResponsibilitiesThe key day-to-day project contact with clients, creative teams and other agency partnersEffectively manage multiple clients and projectsReceive, initiate and finish client projects within the agencyWorking integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work on briefAbility to promote, advocate and inspire creative, media, and strategy teamsMaintain and facilitate communication across the different departments – account management, production, media and creativeOwn the management of all on-going account maintenance work, including: status, conference reports, scheduling and preparation of materials for client meetingsActive and vocal participant during creative, strategy, planning meetingsAbility to understand organic revenue within existing clientsA good listener, someone who reads people and those in a room well (and adapts their style and response accordingly)Accountability and calm, confident presence Qualifications and Requirements3-5 years agency experienceThorough understanding of the agency process, from brief development through traffickingKnowledge of media, creative, production, strategy/researchExperience working with producers to develop video, digital, social, audio, OOHExperience working with media teams with thoughtful understanding of media planning and buying processExperience managing multiple clientsExperience working independently in a fast-paced open environment, and have the capability to find creative solutions for a myriad of requestsKnowledge in monitoring and managing client budgetsExperience forming strong client relationships TDA BenefitsHalf-day Fridays100% coverage of health, vision and dental plans + access to Flexible Spending Accounts Plan + EAP401(k) with employer matchingFlexible PTOWork anniversary recognitionAnnual fitness reimbursementPet friendly office14er charity donations 
\nSalary range: $55,000-70,000 based on experience
This is a full-time position in our Boulder, CO office. Our office is currently operating in a hybrid capacity with one day in the office per week.
