Position Overview:
As a Brand Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team with customer outreach and sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and passionate individual who is eager to learn the ins and outs of sales while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments.
Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies.
Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development.
Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
