Breaking News Reporter

Commercial Observer, New York's leading commercial real estate publication, is looking for a Breaking News Reporter. 
Responsibilities include reporting a daily stream of news on CO's website about commercial real estate in New York City, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Miami. The position requires a minimum of six stories per day.
Skill Requirements : 
Applicants should show a hunger for scoops 
Speed in getting stories up on the web as quickly and accurately as possible 
Creativity in coming to stories from unique perspectives and an ability to juggle multiple deadlines 
Candidates are expected to work out of Commercial Observer's New York City office a minimum of three days per week. 
Compensation range - $60K to $70K per year
