Our Service Support Specialists conduct service agreement tasks, scheduled maintenance assignments, and project support to ensure the building automation systems inside buildings such as hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities are properly maintained and operating correctly.

CLICK HERE: SPECIALIST VIDEO As a Service Support Specialist, you will: Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategiesWork with multiple internal service team members including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and Region Americas Digital Service Center personnelFollow safety requirements as outlined by Siemens and customersSuccessfully complete assigned training as outlined in the training pathFollow mandatory policies, procedures, and standards and maintain tools and test equipmentRespond to service calls (emergency and on-site) as assigned. Perform repairs as directed on all automation system typesComplete service ticket documentation per the policy and maintain preventive maintenance schedulesMaintain complete and accurate documentation of services performed and generate reports within Siemens toolsPerform system checkout and startup on projects and other duties as assignedRotational On-Call and/or Minimal Overnight Travel - Compressed schedule performance can be a factor and will require extended hours to meet commitmentsWork is generally performed at customer locations in a local area and may include time spent on construction site, which may have a moderate noise level and regular distractionsYou will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Electro-mechanical experience (either through previous experience or education) and user PC/software skillAbility and willingness to work in a variety of circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high lift equipment; working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in various conditionsMust be willing and able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet as well as able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassistedExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violationsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications: High school diploma or state-recognized GEDYou'll benefit from: Our variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
