As the Building Product Manager, you will lead our strategy for on-net and near net buildings.
You will work collaboratively with the product management team, sales and other cross-functional team members to drive streamlined internal workflows for on-net buildings and champion focus on selling into on-net locations.
The ideal candidate will be a natural at leading programs and will have a constant focus on improvement and efficiency with a driven personality and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities Build out a building strategy for new lit buildings and drive and track sales activity Manage on-net building lists and updates into various tools, including Connectbase Support inquiries and guide records corrections when discrepancies arise Drive process improvements and efficiencies Set business rules for on-net qualification and ensure high data quality and governance standards Document and train on-net building program Drive enhanced tools and on-net building messaging Work closely with marketing and sales on messaging and campaigns Set rates and maintain margin for on-net buildings Align network architecture to on-net buildings to guide product serviceability Develop and manage KPIs for tracking on-net building performance Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
A relevant master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of related work experience; telecommunications experience preferred.
Outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome challenges.
