Job Description:
Must Haves: Documentation (BRD, SRS, Test Cases) and Agile development methodologyIn-depth knowledge of Swap products – TRS, Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps, and Synthetic Prime BusinessUnderstanding of Regulatory Requirements (CFTC, SEC etc.)Experience with Equity Swaps platforms like Nuvo Prime preferredExperience of Product implementation / Integration essentialDetailed knowledge of Swaps LifecycleThorough understanding of the roles in a Lifecycle – Front Office, Middle Office, and OperationsBA Skills: Applying analytical problem-solving methods to projects and issuesRequirements gathering, conducting and documenting analyses, applying guidelines and standardsProviding recommendations about hardware, software, or other technology solutionsDifferentiating strategic and tactical decisionsUnderstanding business problems and goals of usersRecommending solutions and technical solutionsResolving conflicts between user requirementsSupporting the implementation and rollout of the proposed solutionAnalyzing data to predict trends through researchPresenting findings to business stakeholdersAbility to solve business problems through analytical and logical thinkingAbility to simplify complex conceptsGood To Have: Business and finance knowledge desirable
