Business Analyst I

Job Posting: Business Analyst 1 – Invoice Reconciliation (Remote) Work Type: 3 month contract with possibility to extend!
Work Shift: Standard Business Hours, 8AM - 5PM EST (40 hours a week) We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst 1 to join our team. This role focuses on resolving invoice discrepancies and ensuring accurate expense documentation. If you are skilled in financial processes and experienced with Oracle and Accounts Payable (AP) systems, this is an excellent opportunity for you to make an impact in a fully remote setting.
Requirements:Oracle and Accounts Payable (AP): Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle and handling AP systems, ensuring financial accuracy and reconciliation (Required). Microsoft Proficiency: High proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook is required for data management and effective communication (Required). Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
Key Responsibilities:Invoice Reconciliation: Reach out to invoices to identify why they are not included in expenses and take necessary actions to resolve these discrepancies.
Collaboration: Utilize Teams, Outlook, and Excel to effectively communicate, manage tasks, and organize financial data.
Financial Documentation: Ensure all expenses are properly documented, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Top Three Skills:Expertise in Excel for managing and analyzing financial data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for remote collaboration and communication.
Experience with Outlook for task management and email correspondence.
