They are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in supply chain, merchandising or e-commerce to support strategic initiatives and operational goals.
The Contract Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. This hybrid onsite role requires collaboration with various teams, including supply chain, merchandising and e-commerce, to enhance system efficiencies and drive business success. Business Analyst Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements for various projects Identify opportunities for process optimization within supply chain, merchandising or e-commerce functions and recommend actionable solutions Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making processes and project implementations Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases and user stories Develop test plans, conduct system testing and validate results to ensure solutions meet business needs Business Analyst Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably within supply chain, merchandising or e-commerce environments Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field Proficient in business analysis tools and software; experience with ERP systems, CRM software or e-commerce platforms is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment, with both onsite and remote team members Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
