Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst Location: Rockville, MD/ Urbana, MD - Day 1 Onsite Position Type : Contract Roles & Responsibilities Analyze and document as-is business processes, scope minimal marketable feature sets, identify risks and propose solution approaches. Develop SharePoint composite solutions and applications using core SharePoint features. Develop, evolve, and execute business processes and delivery of new initiatives to support the department. Providing production support for web utilities and the intranet environment for all units of Operations. Provide ongoing oversight and daily support of Internal Portals, end-user support for SharePoint. Partner with business units to assess and understand business need for the development and implementation of new and existing Access database or SharePoint solution. Automate business processes utilizing SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Workflow. As a SharePoint subject matter expert, analyzes and develops various team and Intranet site collections and applications utilizing SharePoint Designer, InfoPath Forms, third party tools. Acts as or develops into a ServiceNow platform expert to support ServiceNow modules or custom applications. Required Skills: Experience maintaining application security and configuration tasks.
