Description: The Business Analyst is responsible for preparing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations in compliance with Client standards, policies and methodologies. Gather and synthesize functional and non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business strategy. Execute gap analyses between business requirements and best practices. Develop business cases, process and business test strategy, case, and execution. A strong focus on data protection is desired.1. Years of experience needed: 4-6 years, automotive industry preferred2. Education requirement: Bachelor's degree in related field3. Required skill sets:•Experience working with multiple IT and business teams to gather requirements. Experienced in Visio, JIRA, and Excel. Project Coordination experience preferred.
