The Business Analyst Technical Coach will be responsible for the continuous development of our Business Analysts, helping teams and individuals grow and function at the highest level.
The role includes coaching of our Business Analysts in everything from technology, tools, processes, and more.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Evaluate sample work outputs such as user stories, acceptance criteria and working software in a demo to provide effective feedback on value delivery.
Observes Business Analyst engagement with business partners, development teams, project meetings and agile events to provide continuous improvement feedback Schedule and conduct coaching sessions with Business Analysts at every stage of their career, communicate action plans for improvement, and follow up.
Helping to develop first-year Business Analysts, advocating for them to set them up for success, easing their transition into a team environment, and providing guidance and support to accelerate their growth.
Build relationships and collaborate with team members across the enterprise, including stakeholders, users of our applications, Product Owners, development teams, our #1-ranked Training team, leaders at all levels, and more.
Serve as a key stakeholder and driver behind BA-related communities and centers of excellence.
Make recommendations on optimizing processes and leverage the latest techniques and technologies to ensure teams are following practices and standards.
Serve as an independent third party that can mentor, support rapid skill development, and identify educational and technical opportunities.
Stay abreast of current market and technology trends, and gather new best practice work samples on an ongoing basis, to provide opportunities to help grow team members.
Observe development teams and agile rituals and provide continuous improvement feedback.
Advise on new training opportunities and gaps for the Training team to prioritize for new or enhanced training material.
Proactively identify trends using data and feedback to address skill and capability gaps.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Must Have Qualifications: At least 5+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst Experience working in an Agile environment The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that uses a CI/CD model.
Strong coaching, feedback, presentation, and team-building skills.
A passion for mentoring and guiding Business Analysts, and being invested in their growth.
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to simultaneously drive multiple projects, in different stages, forward.
Exceptional people skills, with strong initiative to connect with leaders and team members and build relationships quickly.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
Ability to both work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude, 'yes' mentality, and receptive to feedback.
Experience working in TFS/Jira a plus
