Top requirements: Data Background must be able to understand the technology, not just write stories Confident social problem solver Jira and Kanban Prior banking Data warehouse experience Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: There's a giant gap between what the product owner gives for requirements and what the development team has to do.
Currently, the scrum master and the development leader are picking up a lot of that slack, but they need BAs to be the go between and manage the relationship between PO and Devs, while also doing classic BA work.
