- **Sales Strategy Development:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals. Contribute innovative ideas for product positioning and promotional activities.
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, outreach, and conducting initial market assessments. Secure meetings for senior team members with prospective clients.
- **Proposal Development:** Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients. Ensure materials are well-researched, polished, and tailored to client needs.

- **Industry Trends Monitoring:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and economic factors that may affect business development initiatives. Provide insights to inform strategic planning.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset, capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools is a plus.
- A passion for the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
