About the Job: Business Development Director We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Director to enhance our corporate initiatives and drive business growth with our global presence. As a major player in the engagement agency sector, we specialize in using behavioral economics to deliver measurable results for our clients across various industries. This challenging yet rewarding hybrid position, based in Stamford, CT, offers a blend of remote and in-person collaboration. If you have a passion for strategic partnership development, can manage high-volume sales, and aim to foster strong client relationships, this role is for you.

Compensation: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and develop potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Engage directly with stakeholders to understand and address their critical business needs and objectives. Lead the design and execution of custom solutions that align accurately with client goals, enhancing customer loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to bring forth solutions that drive client business objectives forward. Focus on both long-term and immediate results, sustaining the high standards of performance and service that our company is known for. Minimum Position Qualifications: Must currently reside within commuting distance to Stamford, CT for hybrid work requirements. At least 8 years of B2B sales experience, particularly targeting Fortune 500 companies. Proven history of new business development in professional services or marketing solutions. High-level proficiency in closing sales worth $250k+ and managing diverse sales cycles ranging from 3 to 12 months. A stable career history, with no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years. Understanding of behavioral economics and its application in driving customer engagement (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: A four-year college degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Experience in working with international teams and clients, managing projects across various cultural backgrounds. Advanced skills in strategic planning and negotiation. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Skills: Expert-level interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate teams. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically. High resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus to liaise with our global clients.
