Business Development Director

We are seeking a Director of Business Development to market hospital services and establish relationships with hospitals, physicians, and families. Make a difference in someone's life by joining

Desert Winds Hospital , a new behavioral health hospital.
Director of Business Development Responsibilities:
Manage the Hospital's inquiry and admission process.
Provide patrons with Hospital related information via Hospital tours and personal visits/assessments.
Conduct sales and marketing visits to hospitals, attend community events.
Devise and implement an effective marketing strategy to build positive community relations and an extended customer base in order to enhance market share of referrals.
Must have working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurances, and Managed Process.
Director of Business Development Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or the equivalent in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in a psychiatric hospital or residential treatment center preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Timely renewal of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for healthcare professional's certification, annual professional skills verification, and CPI certification. Classes are provided by Desert Winds Hospital.
