· Market Research and Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers within the modular and light commercial construction industries.
o Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to develop strategies for differentiation and competitive advantage.
· Business Development: o Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the modular and light commercial construction sector, including builders, developers, architects, and contractors.
o Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
· Sales and Account Management: o Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of window solutions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
o Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive account management and cross-selling initiatives.
· Marketing and Promotion: o Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales collateral tailored to the industry.
o Represent WinTech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network within the modular and light commercial construction community.
· Reporting and Performance Analysis: o Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
o Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the
construction or building materials industry.
· Strong understanding of the modular construction and metal building industries and their unique challenges and
opportunities.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
