We are in search for a Business Development Manager (Healthcare) to join our Healthcare Sales vertical.
This role allows you to harness your expertise in sales to truly make an impact in the healthcare space.
As a Business Development Manager (Healthcare), you'll partner with top healthcare organizations to help them find the talent they need while advancing your own career in a supportive and high-energy environment.

Business Development Manager (Healthcare) Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients and prospects, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from the first call to closing dealsLeverage your sales experience to address clients' hiring needs and support their growthEngage in 60+ calls per day and meet with key decision-makers to create lasting partnershipsConsistently generate revenue and exceed personal and company-wide objectives Business Development Manager (Healthcare) Requirements: 3+ years of full sales cycle experience, from prospecting to closing deals Knowledge within the healthcare space is a plus, particularly in healthcare staffing or related fieldsA track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-paced, metrics-driven environmentA relentless, competitive spirit and motivation to succeedExceptional communication skills-you can influence and inspire decision-makersAbility to thrive in a fast-growing, supportive environment where your success is celebrated Be part of a team where hard work and success are recognized and rewarded daily.
