Identify, target, and engage prospective clients, primarily tier1/ direct clients, to generate new business opportunities for IT staffing services. Responsible for bringing in new business opportunities by leveraging industry experience, connections with tier1/ direct clients, and acquiring new Logos. Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing in new business. Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle, staffing models, and relevant technologies. In-depth understanding of the IT staffing industry, including market trends, client demands, and competitive landscape.
