Business Development Manager Orion are currently working with an innovative electrical manufacturing company based in Yorkshire. Our client supplies their products into many industries, with the main focus being the Railway.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can develop client relationships within the Rail industry and introduce new digital marketing tools to expand the database and business.
Roles & Responsibilities: Provides technical support for existing client databaseDrive business growth by analysing trendsManagement of multiple accountsNew business developmentStrategic planningRail market researchLead generationIntroduce new digital marketing tools to increase sales productivity & demographic reachTechnical strategy of social mediaSupplier managementGeneral support across the technical & sales teamResponding to consumer and customer queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that the reputation of the company is maintained throughoutProvide support for the Bidding ManagerRequired Experience: Strong background in the rail industryDigital marketing expertiseTechnical understandingStrategic thinking & planningMarket analysis and research – Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, etc.Bids & proposal experienceAccount & stakeholder managementPackage: Competitive Salary £45,000 - £55,00023-day holiday allowance + bank holidaysPension contributionOnsite parkingShifts: Monday – Friday – Core office hours
