About the opportunity:NetDocuments is seeking a Business Development Representative to help generate new, qualified sales opportunities for our Strategic segment's sales funnel. The Business Development Representative will report to the Regional Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with top of funnel account-based territory ownership, strategic outbound prospecting, prospect qualification, and deep alignment with sales counterparts to establish dedicated plays around unique territory needs.
What your contributions will be:Effectively manage, qualify, and grow sales pipelineAbility to prospect a greenfield territory to generate leadsAbility to effectively nurture and qualify leads from marketing and other sourcesQualify prospects prior to setting and completing demo appointmentsMaintain current and relevant information on potential customers in Salesforce + contribute further account research and intelligenceOther duties as assignedWhat you will bring to the team:Relationship BuilderOrganizational SkillsCommunication ProficiencyPresentingCollaboration SkillsCustomer OrientationProblem AnalysisBusiness OrientationCoachabilityEagerness to LeadCuriosityMotivation to Grow in SalesWhat you will need for success:Associate or bachelor's degree in business related field1+ year relevant experience in a sale's specific rolePreferred Experience:Previous software sales experience.Experience in developing and managing a geographic sales territory.Experience in working with law firms.Experience or knowledge of artificial intelligence/automation use cases tied to SaaS productsBenefits:90% healthcare premiums company coveredHSA company contribution401K match at 4% with immediate vestingFlexible PTO (typically 3 to 4 weeks a year)9 paid holidaysMonthly contributions for wellnessAccess to LinkedIn learning with monthly dedicated time to exploreCompensation Transparency:The compensation range for this position is: $65,000 - $70,000 plus variable bonus. The posted cash compensation for this position includes base salary. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
