The Business Development Representative (BDR) will aggressively develop new business and maintain current
relationships with automotive dealerships around the United States. This role will promote company growth and
profitability through new customer acquisition, as well as by increasing current customer expenditures. The BDR will be a key member of our team, responsible for strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities. The BDR will work directly with the Director of Aftermarket Products to generate new revenue streams specifically based around Roush Performance Parts via our Dealership Channel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop new business, responsible for all phases of sales processAssist in case management for new and existing customersAssist in reporting sales data from current and new customersTo be considered for a Business Development Representative, you will need: High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of inside or outside sales experience in the automotive industryMinimum of 2 years of experience selling aftermarket parts in the automotive spaceExcellent driving recordExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to interact professionally with all levels of company and with customersSelf-disciplined, team-oriented, have a can-do attitude and the drive to succeedAbility to travel up to 35% of the time across the United StatesProven track record of success establishing new business and growing existing accountsA successful candidate may also have: Associate degree in BusinessKnowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as SalesforceSkilled with Microsoft Excel with the ability to organize, calculate, graph and analyze data Our full-time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid holidays, and more.
