Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will focus on customer acquisition and lead generation. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.
Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed.
Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.
Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Must be available to work during company's standard business hours (8am-5pm) Cold calling; making between 80-120 outbound calls to potential clients each dayMust be able to produce at or above assigned productivity targets (e.g.
dials, leads, phone time, etc.)
at all timesUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and supportResearching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resourcesQualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clientsPresenting and delivering information to potential clients This position is located on site in Dover, N.H.
There is parking on site and an opportunity to use public transportation, as there is a public bus stop approximately 5 minutes (walking) from the location.
This is a contract to permanent position.
The role would be contract for approximately 3-4 months before the ability to convert to a permanent employee, based on performance.

This role provides an hourly base pay of $15-$20/hr (DOE) + a monthly performance bonus.
