Job DescriptionWith massive growth ahead for Wealth Access, we're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving in a direct sales role, contributing to the growth of the client base.
ResponsibilitiesProspect with financial services firms by reaching out to key stakeholders.Create different strategies to target and prospect leads. Coordinate with Marketing in the development and execution of outreach campaigns.Analyze potential client pain points and recommend solutions to address those points.Qualify leads into prospects.Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within prospective firms.Partner with internal account managers and Business Development Representatives to pipeline, schedule prospect meetings and execute business deals.Lead clients through the sales process.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of experience in prospecting, targeting, and closing deals in the financial services industry. Experience in creating sales strategy is a must.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner. Skilled at developing and delivering presentations, adjusting messaging for the audience.Ambition: Ability to self-start and work independently to set goals and deliver results.
