Key Responsibilities Work directly with organizational leaders to develop and hone your management capabilities. Oversee daily activities such as staff scheduling, office administration, and performance management. Guide your team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. Understand and stay up to date with the benefits of Serenity's treatment options to provide thorough education as needed Ideal Candidate A strong service-oriented mindset, with at least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role. Proven ability to inspire and manage a team, ensuring exceptional performance and patient outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with patients, staff, and healthcare providers. Skilled in de-escalation and adept at addressing challenges with empathy and efficiency.
