Principal Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects related to the Infor Syteline ERP system. Configure and customize Infor Syteline modules to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements for ERP system enhancements. Implement and maintain system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Infor Syteline and other business applications. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective utilization of the Infor Syteline ERP system. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize the functionality of Infor Syteline. Collaborate with IT teams to perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the Infor Syteline ERP system current. Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and customization details. Stay informed about updates and new features within the Infor Syteline ERP system, assessing their applicability to the organization. Participate in the evaluation and selection of additional modules or functionalities to enhance the ERP system. Local travel may be required to assist and train remote users. Desired Qualifications/Experience: Proven experience as an Infor Syteline ERP Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Infor Syteline modules, configurations, and customization capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Infor Syteline or Infor CloudSuite Industrial are highly desirable.
