We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Management Analyst to join our IT-GTM team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize revenue platform in support of the finance business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Product, to analyze future requirements, forecast future performance, and recommend strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quote to Cash, business systems, data analysis, financial modeling, and a deep understanding of IT systems and tools.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Setup Systems for Data Analysis and Revenue Reporting:
Setup systems to collect revenue-related data from various IT systems and databases based on business requirements provided to enable the businesses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Collaborate with business to identify, design and implement Data Migration of past invoice and revenue recognition related data into the new Revenue platform.
Build and maintain Revenue Management platform dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide business with visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) as per business requirements.
Setup Systems for Revenue Forecasting and Modeling:
Based on business requirements configure Revenue Management Management platform that enables analysts to model/forecast revenue, taking into account factors such as sales trends, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
Support Finance and Sales teams with system performance issues to root cause and remediate or enhance performance of Revenue Management platform.
Collaborate with business improving systems/business process:
Collaborate with stakeholders and implement process/systems improvements within the revenue management tool and billing platform, leveraging IT tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work with the Development team to automate revenue reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate data availability.
Support the integration of new revenue management software and tools into existing IT infrastructure.
Support the integration of revenue management with backend ERP system
Support the integration of revenue management with billing system
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Product, and IT, to align new go to market strategies with Revenue Management platform integrations, foundational configuration setup and/or enhancements.
Continuously keep the revenue management platform updated with the change in business models and NPI
Collaborate with Finance Analysts and Communicate complex data findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
Setup systems to be Compliant:
Ensure Revenue Management Platform is compliant with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all revenue-related systems.
Monitor and manage Revenue Management Platform health.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience working in the technology industry with proven delivery of digital transformation projects.
Deep domain expertise in Revenue and Billing modules
Understands ASC606 accounting standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities, and relationships.
Demonstrated experience operating within a matrixed organization with a strong focus on enabling business capabilities through partnership and collaboration
Comfortable working with a global admin and development team working across many different time zones, geographies, and cultures
Proven experience with Salesforce Architecture, Subscription Management, Quote to Cash, People Management, Stakeholder Communication
Experience working with technical & functional resources and following an Agile based delivery methodology
High emotional quotient (EQ); encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm, motivate strategic thinking, and ensure insightful problem solving.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $130,000 – $196,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
