Business Systems Manager HaulHub, Inc. - Waltham, MA Full-time, On-site HaulHub, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to join our team in Waltham, MA.
In this critical role, you will oversee our technology infrastructure, with a strong focus on maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and managing internal controls.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance and Audit Support -Lead SOC audit processes, serving as the primary liaison with third-party auditors
-Supervise and maintain internal controls, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
-Prepare documentation and evidence for audits, including system logs, access controls, and security measures
-Develop and implement policies and procedures to address audit findings and improve overall compliance
IT Administration and Security
-Oversee the administration of IT systems and tools required by employees
-Manage user access rights and permissions across all company systems
-Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
-Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
System Management -Monitor system performance and security, with a focus on maintaining SOC 2 compliance
-Lead the implementation of new systems and upgrades, ensuring they meet compliance requirements
-Provide high-level support for business users and manage escalations to vendors
-Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including support processes and user guides
Qualifications: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
-7+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on compliance and audit support
-In-depth knowledge of SOC 2 and other relevant compliance frameworks
-Experience working directly with third-party auditors and managing audit processes
-Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) principles
-Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Technical Skills: -Proficiency in relevant business systems, security tools, and compliance software
-Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems
-Knowledge of data analysis, reporting techniques, and audit trail management
-Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices
Key Attributes: -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in compliance-related matters
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
-Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously
