Busser, Bistecca Italian Steakhouse

We are looking for a PT Busser to join the Bistecca Italian Steakhouse to assist servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESStock all service stationsSet up and clear tablesQuickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resettingAssist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfactionEnsure all equipment needed is in place to service guestsPerform all the duties assigned following company policesExcellent customer service and professional demeanourClean and sanitize throughout the shiftEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in fine dining environment is preferred. Basic knowledge of food and beverage is required. The applicant should be friendly and outgoing, showcasing strong work attics and have ability to communicate with coworkers and guests. The candidate must be able to stand for hours, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, also team player. Must have a valid Nevada Health and TAM Cards. Must be flexible to work any given shifts including holidays.
