BlackRock Resources is seeking a qualified CAD Designer for a client in PA.

Requirements:


- Associates degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) or Equivalent Experience


- 5 or more years' of practical experience in civil site, water system facilities and piping design, utilities and other related projects.


- Experience with Civil 3D is a must
