Position Overview:
The CADD Operator / Office Surveyor is responsible for preparing and processing survey documents for submission to agencies. This includes adhering to survey standards of care, jurisdictional requirements, and the company's quality control protocols. This role involves working closely with the Professional Land Surveyor, Project Engineer, and Design Engineer to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of survey-related tasks.
\n Requirements:Education: High school diploma with 3 years of experience or Associate's Degree in Engineering or Survey-related field.Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation drafting software.Attitude: Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.Flexibility: Ability to work on a flexible schedule to support project requirements.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for prolonged periods and walk on uneven terrain outdoors.Full range of body movements (bending, reaching, crouching).Ability to safely carry a 40-pound load over 100 feet.Must have vision capabilities (close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus) to switch from computer screens to forms.Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required to travel to job sites.
