Job summary
DARCARS Automotive Group is hiring Call Center Agents to support Service DepartmentsResponsible for handling inbound and outbound calls regarding vehicle service appointments and repair statusesEntry level position with growth opportunities in the company
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Handle all inbound and outbound calls for the Service Departments• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm upcoming service appointments• Advise customers of open warranty recalls/campaigns• Complete brand training to become knowledgeable of products• Research vehicle products using available resources• Provide customers with product/service updates, pricing, and other information• Field calls and escalate issues to appropriate parties• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and employees• Demonstrated commitment to customer service• Experience in a high-volume call center environment is a plus• Preferred experience with Lexus, Toyota, or High-Line brands• Prior customer service, retail, sales, or receptionist experience preferred• High School diploma or equivalent required• Must be eighteen years of age or older• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)
Key Skills Needed
• Excellent communication skills• Customer service• High-volume call center experience (preferred)• Knowledge of vehicle brands (preferred)
