Job Description:
Klarna is seeking a skilled Call Center Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.- Resolving customer issues with efficiency and professionalism.- Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers.- Updating customer accounts and inputting information into the system.- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.- Resourceful and energetic personality traits.- Strong project management and presentation skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- High school diploma or equivalent.
