Job Description:

Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a motivated and hardworking Call Center Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.2. Monitor call center performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.3. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.4. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management.8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.

Requirements:1. 5 years of experience in call center management or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.4. Proficiency in time management and analysis.5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
