Job Description:

Humana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.2. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, such as call volume, response times, and first call resolution rates.3. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness.4. Provide ongoing training and coaching to call center representatives to enhance their skills and performance.5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.6. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and quality assurance, to address technical issues and improve processes.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2. Proven experience in a call center management role, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.3. Strong leadership and communication skills.4. Confidence and resilience to handle high-pressure situations.5. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.6. Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.7. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
