**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding products and services.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues in a timely manner.

2. **Documentation:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Update customer accounts and follow up on unresolved issues as required.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to products and customer service techniques.

4. **Performance Metrics:**
- Meet and exceed department goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates.
- Report on common customer concerns and suggest enhancements to improve service quality.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and provide informative responses.
- Actively participate in team initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience and service delivery processes.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

- **Skills:**
- Strong **communication skills**—both verbal and written—to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to engage in **strategic planning** to enhance customer service processes.
- Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and CRM software.
