**Job Summary:**
Molina Healthcare is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. This is a part-time, remote position that provides an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members. You will be responsible for assisting members with their healthcare needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service**
- Engage with members via phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a pleasant interaction for all members.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.

2. **Issue Resolution**
- Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, and claims.
- Document members' concerns and follow up appropriately to ensure resolution and member satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

3. **Information Management**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Molina Healthcare products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to members.
- Use internal computer systems to enter, track, and manage member information and interactions accurately.

4. **Collaboration and Team Engagement**
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Share feedback on processes and suggest improvements based on member interactions and needs.

5. **Project Management**
- Assist in the implementation of projects and initiatives designed to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Be flexible in adapting to new tools, technologies, and changes in workflow as they arise.

6. **Creativity and Innovation**
- Contribute ideas that lead to improved member experiences and enhanced processes within the call center.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior call center experience is required; however, any customer service experience will be advantageous.
- **Skills and Competencies:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated and self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about healthcare and helping others.

- Demonstrated project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple initiatives.
