Camp Manager - ASRC Talent Solutions
JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and coordinate daily camp activities to include camp maintenance, catering, and camp security.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Daily oversight of contractors pertaining to delivery of all activities done by camp contractors.
Ensuring all activities are completed in a well-planned safe manner.
Oversight of Camp Maintenance, Catering, and camp security.
Directly reports incidents or issues to supervisor even if solution was implemented immediately.
Attend toolbox and planning meetings with contractor work crews to champion an incident free workplace.
oversee water and wastewater transfers and reporting, interface with Logistics and Camps supervisors or support service supervisors to plan for contingencies.
Duties will include permitting of non-routine activities, meal quality and consistency, inspecting facilities to ensure highest of sanitation standards are met, conflict resolution, project planning, repairs & inspection of repairs, HSE inspections to ensure all activities are compliant with ADEC regulations and Company Standards.
Delivering orientations, ensuring guest check ins and check outs are complete and daily interfacing with travel and billeting team to avoid conflicts in a fast-changing environment.
Be a leader in maintaining a safe work/living place where anyone can be comfortable to communicate an issue free from judgment or criticism.
Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 3+ years plus of experience in oversite of remote camp or hotel operations preferably in the oil and gas industry where Safety is always the priority Operational knowledge of camp facility systems & equipment, Operations, Catering and housekeeping Experience in the Alaska Arctic is preferable but any cold weather operations must be listed.
Ability to oversee multiple activities simultaneously and perform under pressure.
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills including the ability to deescalate and resolve conflicts.
Familiarity with travel and billeting management processes Displays calm, mature, and professional demeanor with well-developed communication and skills.
A Valid Driver's License required.

WORKING ON THE NORTH SLOPE
While working on the North Slope of Alaska, your lodging and food will be provided to you.
All camps provide warm meals and options to grab a quick lunch or snack from the spike rooms.
Rooms vary from single status to shared rooms where your roommate may work the opposite shift.
Wi-Fi and Internet is free and available within the camp.
Services vary depending upon where you are staying; however, most facilities offer housekeeping, self-serve laundry, commissary, mail, gyms, TV/Theater Room, etc.
Each facility will have their own accommodations and policies that will be reviewed upon on-site orientation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
A candidate must be able to meet the following non-exclusive requirements: Meet the AES Driving Records and Motor Vehicle Use Policy.
Take and pass a pre-employment drug test which may include both UA and hair testing.
Meet the physical requirements of this position including working in a remote location under arctic conditions.
Required to take and pass a Fit-For-Duty Exam Required to complete and successfully pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an access badge for the work location.
