ResponsibilitiesThe Premium Services Supervisor position is responsible for supporting Suites, Clubs, and In-Seat operations for the Legends Premium Service department. -Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff.-Work closely with the customer service department to improve customer service in all assigned areas.-Complete inventory at assigned locations and input in Quest or inventory program.-Ability to interact with guests and staff in order to ensure guest satisfaction.-Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered.-Know the layout of the bars, suites, in-seat and restaurant area where you are working.-Ability to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures.-Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium.Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.-Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.-Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.-Ability to work all Yankee Stadium events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.-Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.-Some college preferredPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or genetic information.
